The subject with a higher reading score exhibits richer and thicker structural connections compared to the subject with a lower reading score; this pattern is common for subjects with similarly high reading scores. (B) The first row shows connection types of a light alcohol drinker and a binge drinker; streamlines are shown in the rows below. There are subtle but identifiable changes between the white matter tracts of both subjects.
